ACES-NH is a neutral host telecom operator licensed by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) to provide telecom infrastructure in wholesale in Saudi Arabia.
ACES-NH was established in 2023 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Communication and Electronics Systems (ACES), originally founded in 1994. In 2019, ACES obtained a Wholesale Services for Infrastructure license, Class (B) from CST to provide Small Cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), in-building solutions (IBS) and wireless access points (WAP) as neutral host. ACES-NH has several success stories in providing indoor coverage in iconic projects in the kingdom including Makkah holy mosque, Riyadh Metro, KAFD and others. In 2023, the company entered the new horizon of the fixed infrastructure as a neutral host. ACES-NH received two (2) licenses from CST, Class (C) and Class (D) to offer passive infrastructure including Dark Fibers and Ducts, and active data connectivity including interconnection services and active fixed access services. The company adopts the latest technologies and global best practices to ensure a superior experience for end users.
